I'm sorry, but his whole behavior shows that he was actually not being nice at all. He was doing "favors" out of his own interest. To feel appreciated, and "loved" and to win trust, with the expectation to get lucky or get special privileges in the future, or be able act like an arse when you don't get what you wanted.

I have not met Mercedes, Lucky Jumper or Ystervark. I am not familiar with the circumstances.
I did however had interaction with Ystervark during the 2020 lockdown and was impressed in the manner he assisted ladies {have no names of the ladies}
I do agree with a lot that has been said but like to suggest that the parties involved sort this out in an amenable manner. Also that all of us stop commenting here and in all circumstances regocnides other people and behave ourselves in a fitting manner.
Just a suggestion to help solve the matter

It was put out by one of the parties on the public forum (Mersedes) and the punter and the other girl also put their sides of the stories here. Its therefore open to discuss and comment on. They could have kept it private
