Pornhub is not private, it is a public domain so everything that is posted there is with the intent of it being viewed and shared.

So much law quoted here but did anyone stop to think that it is pointless and of no value to quote the law especially when the trade has no terms and conditions in the first place as the trade is considered not only the transaction but the intent to sell (advertise) a product and without terms and conditions attached, rendering the product (pics) something which may be passed on to someone else as a gift for that matter. Also, without a valid invoice proving sale and/or purchase, there is no basis on which to legally establish ownership. Also, good luck finding any form of representation with regards to any content initially derived from, as a result of, or shown on this platform.

So basically, in a nutshell, send your pics to whoever you like but do not expect them to be kept confidential as there is no legal reason for the purchaser thereof to do so. This is the risk you take as a WG and you unfortunately have no recourse. All you can do is hope that the purchaser retains some sort of consideration for the person visually depicted in the content. So, having said this: Guys be nice!

Not true, in South Africa, there are clear laws on distributing sexually explicit material. The fact that you have no proof of purchase makes no difference, revenge porn is a real thing in SA and could land you in jail or a big settlement order very fast. Your saving grace is that most girls will probably not go that route to make a case against you due to the industry she is in...
