I met someone in this industry and I thought he was coolwith me being WG. But He suppressed how he felt because he knew how we met and reasons why I am a WG. But he didn't like sharing me and I liked him. Cut the story short I left.(my weakness for nerds)
We happy.. But I miss being a WG. It gave me a weird sense of independence and interaction with different people. Taught me to be open minded and less judgemental.
At the end someone has to compromise. One can't continue being a Punter or WG
If you're looking for something serious, go for a woman over 40. They're direct, ope and most importantly know how to distinguish between a guy wanting to waste her time and a guy that is serious.
If you're aiming for anyone under 40, good luck! Women under 40 just want to have fun. Sex, looks and material things are most important to them. Flowers and good gestures and wasted on them because they are bombarded with gifts all the time. Also, they have this social media mentality of living their best life.
Where to find them? Anywhere. You just have to be bold enough to approach them.

Pretty much. I tried dating younger women, but that's been my experience.
Finding older women is much harder because theyre either already married or just not looking for anything. But they let you know up front.
