I am 55, Never been in inside a gym, never followed any eating plan or diet or what ever you want to call it. I don't believe I am overweight at all.

Might not have a six pick, but happy with how I do look. What I lack in size, and looks I try and make-up with skills and attitude.

Hats off to everyone who tries atleast.

Hard work will ALWAYS pay off.
You only have one body... YOU should be happy with how you look or feel.

Yes I do have many clients with amazing bodies.

But honestly some have a higher thinking of themselves.(wonder why) sorry if I'm stepping on anyone's toes.

To the gentleman that doesn't really have time to go to gym, just keep a eye on your eating habits.
Remember it's a 70% diet and 30 exercise.

I don't care how you look when you come and visit.
All I want is mutual respect in the room.

For me it's a compliment that you took the time to come to me ( it's a amazing thought that someone could like me enough to pay for my time) Thank you!

Only advice I have.... we have one body, it needs to last a lifetime for you or me.
What you put in it,will reflect what you get out when you older.

Keep up the good work... it's always a bonus for me to see how hard someone works to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I know what you need to give up to look the way you do.

There's no need to stress about six pack. For me I only do it cause I like it for myself and due to my lifestyle, it's easy to maintain. In terms of getting laid, it is of little value and it seems to me that for most women it's not a big deal. So gents I dont think u need to worry about this much

To b brutally honest...

Ive had lots lots more amazing encounters during my post 6pack days than when i had a 6pack.

Like Meg said sometimes looking good goes together with a little bit of attitude.
I think us slightly out of shape guys put in greater effort. Wink

Just saw Meg's post now. I was not trying to contradict and I agree about loving and taking care of your body for your own sake only
