There most certainly are, and of course they're always welcome too!

The issue with being fit and thin is that it is a lifetime commitment.

No matter what level you are at today if you do not maintain the training and eating regime you can very easily become overweight and obese. How we work is a huge part of it, when all you do is sit in front of a computer all day things are not so easy.
