Let me be the voice of reason here.
We are all gonna get banned as these insults are delving ever deeper into the black abbyss, and at some point someone is gonna go too far.
Let's follow Se_Kaas back to the topic, which is a very good one. Will spend the day mulling about it and try and post some reasonable post later.

1. Stop watching porn
2. Don't go on sites where there's any temptation
3. Experiment at home/ get a girlfriend
4. Date a x working girl who is not scared of experimenting in the room/living room,bathroom kitchen, anywhere ( rather invest in paying her then you know the money stays home hahaha!
5. Don't make friends with girls in this industry
6. Stay away from horny friends that could turn your arm in punting again.
7. Loose all numbers of WG
8. Get a hobby
9. Every time you feel the need to punt... choke the monkey or join the SSS.

Honestly I don't know if it's ever possible for gentleman to put this kind of lifestyle behind them....
(Sorry just making jokes) but yes to some it is serious.
