I met with Hazel for what ended up being a quick visit with a promise of more to come. We have been in regular contact ahead of the appointment. Hazel's telephone manner is outstanding. I don't have the luxury of punting all that often, but, for the lovely Hazel Arabia, I just had to see her again.

I reached out after quite some time (sorry Hazel!) and we spoke like old friends. Bookings were made and all that was left was the anticipation of the day itself.

Come the day of the appointment, I arrived at the venue, somewhat nervously I admit. Upon opening the door, seeing Hazel in all her beautiful glory, and having a nice chat to kick things off, all that nervousness dissipated and excitement took it's place.
