I have been a loyal weekly visitor to HOE going on 2 years now so a review is probably overdue (only joined ESA recently).

In my opinion one will search far and wide to ever find a better venue in SA. Good service, friendly staff and beautiful WG's. Good food too (love the stuffed jalapeno peppers!)

Where else will you find a venue that remembers an important date in your life and sends you messages containing best wishes on that date? Really special, thank you B...

You really have something awesome here Steve.

Can't wait to return to HOE after my unfortunate time off.

Visiting HOE now for the past year and what joyful times i am having at your venue.

It is like a well oil machine running with no misfires !

I was privilege to have visited one of your "playgrounds" yesterday and what an experience indeed !!

Haven't saw so much joyful people having the time of their life and your ladies giving attention to everybody without holding back on anything !!!

Steve, you and your staff can be proud to have a venue like HOE and making sure that your clients leave within bigger smile that they have arrived with !!!!

What can i say another 2 hours that turned into 5 hours later had the oppertunity of meeting the owner and in 1 Min you could see why this place works like a well oiled machine

The food was great company ( Jolie ) was amazing and the way you are treated from your car to receiption is top notch.

There is not a single request that was not met at this venue i am over the moon with the venue and the staff and managment of this establishment

A must see whenever you are in PTA

Yes key management is at HOE Mon-Fri. & we do see 1st hand what is going on & correct as required. In this industry it is a Must to assist in avoiding Issues for sure --Thanks Again

After HOE was at the centre of some heated debate in recent weeks, I decided it's time to see it for myself. Classy joint with
stunning ladies for sure.

As a first timer, it was daunting
enough to go alone and it did not
help that the service was well
below par. I was met at my car by
the hostess who gave me a quick
tour and sat me down at a table
outside. A menu of the food and
'other delicacies' were presented
but that's where it ended.

I checked my watch and after 27
minutes not a single waiter
serviced my table. I lit up a gwai
and before I finished my first
smoke, two parties who arrived
after me had a cold brews at their
table in no time. I eventually
flagged down the same waiter
twice but this beared no fruit. Third
time lucky, a different waiter and
after 40 mins, I managed to have
my first beer. No sign of the
hostess during this time either.

Ordered my RDA of cholesterol for
lunch and halfway through my
meal, hostess does a drive-by on
her way inside and an almost
forced, yet polite 'everything still
ok?' is uttered.

After wrapping up the formalities
outside I was ready for a good rub down and ventured to the reception. Booked a lady called Sasha who was nothing short of superb.

Great venue but the service needs some attention. My experience was that only regulars/larger parties enjoys the good service.

eziguy --I appreciate the Review Both Good & Bad --

In order to ensure that this is Not Happening on any regular basis can You remember the Hostess who seated You & brought You an availability list. This would be helpful . The Hostess is to check on Clients every 5-10 Minutes to avoid poor service from Waiters & others --plus there is a Asst FOH & FOH Both that should be attentive as to what's going on .

Hopefully we will see You again in the Near Future -- All Your Drinks will be on HOE to hopefully make up for the previous experience.
