just wanted to know if the info@hoe web is ever looked at. would have been nice to get a reply to a complaint i mailed through last week tuesday

hi. would just like to know if your info@hoe mail add is frequently monitored. i was advised to mail my grevience through to that address and have not received any feedback since last week tuesday.

My last punt for 2017 was at HOE.

The service from both Cameron and Cassandra in dealing with my booking was great (as I changed my mind on the specific venue last minute). Raymond saw to it that I was never thirsty or hungry, and the Angels kept me company ;-)

HOE is a very professional, well organised and well run venue. I just love to visit there.

The rooms are immaculate and in supply of all that is needed for a good time. The Angels are friendly and aim to please.

Well done to all at HOE. See you next year.
