One understand that @frikkie421 has received the world class service that cannot be compared to any. But for him to counter every criticism directed to Sugar is rediculous. Sugar must instead call this guy to order because this is not how complains are handled.

I haven't booked Sugar but changed my mind after she shouted at me for no reason. That was bad experience which @frikkie421 never experienced.

And for Sugar, she must chill and try to rectify her faults. We do understand that providing for different people is not easy but as a service provider, you need to adapt. If you can't adapt rather not comment than exchange harsh words.
