I think you have a good plan but you are looking in the wrong place.
You are looking for a housewife with benefits. Im sure a lot of woman would happily do that for 30k if they then also had reduced expenses.

I would really like to find a woman working fulltime, who would like to earn extra cash but does not want to work in the industry full time. 2or3 times a week after work would be perfect.
