Another great idea. Can I also add that it's also good to read the terms and conditions before applying. Certain rules and regulations may not work for this industry but something else that the ladies do to generate some extra income other than this profession can be profitable.

@Kimmylee... My suggestions would be as follows:

Service providers:

Always take pride in what you do... I know this is a sensual business but I also think one should always be professional...

In other words... Always make sure your breath smells like an angel... Have your hair neat and clean... Go for regular mani's and pedi's... (Hands and feet is always a big deal for me) spray perfume before each client... Dress smart... Wear sexy lingerie... Be well groomed and neat.... Wear makeup.... Take pride in yourself as well as your appearance... Consistency!!!

Client satisfaction:

Be friendly at all times... Respect every single person that walks thru your door... Client confidentiality is of utmost importance... When it's his first time or whether his been coming to you for years ask him in advance what's his expectations and be open and honest whether you would be able to deliver his request. (Don't ever promise something you can not deliver when it's out of your comfort zone) Have fun and make him feel like his a King... As said before he chose you out of a thousand other girls to spend a hour with so make him love every second not regret it forever...

Profile:

Take pride in your profile, that's the first thing a client see's... Whether your shoot costs you R2000 in the end of the day make sure it's classy, beautiful and something to be proud of... If a gent takes the time 2 compliment you on your profile or to write a review about you the least you can do is say "thank you" for the time and lovely feedback... In my opinion it's part of client care and it shows gratitude....

Room/venue:

Always ensure your room is neat and tidy... Make it cosy and warm... Invest in proper massage oils which will benefit your clients health hours after receiving a massage... Be prepared before he arrives... Make sure the towels are always neat and clean... To me a venue should be like a cosy safe haven were guys can get away from everyday stress and just relax and be pampered and have fun even if it's just for an hour...

I've before extended clients times with me and payed it out of my pocket just due to the fact of enjoying that person to much or I could see he needed to relax a bit more it doesn't hurt to sometimes give instead of just always receiving...

I always change my massages especially if a guy has been visiting me for two years it keeps things interesting and it always makes them excited to think what would she do next...

I work @ venue so we have fixed rates but my way of giving back to the gentleman for their support is my monthly competition.... It's fun and it's my way of thanking the gents for their love and support...

All in all to me I think this industry should be treated as any other business.... Always take pride in yourself as well as your sessions and enjoy what you do... And do it with passion.... I'm fortunate enough to say that I absolutely love what I do for a living and I get excited before each booking... You gentleman have made me twice the woman I've ever been and I thank you for that...

Ps... Most important rule in life wake up every single morning with a grateful heart....

I've decided to revive this thread again for reasons that things have taken a 360 Degrees turn with lightning speed.

This a very serious problem that not only can destroy relations but can cause self destruction as well.

When competition gets tough, investigate, collect, revise, collect, improvise, recollect and distribute. When one hint or a hunch kicks in don't immediately/impulsively act and react to it. Investigate, debate, experiment and test, consent your thought processes, enquire from different sources to supply you with resources, weigh your pros and cons according to the mass, sample, collect and recollect then distribute your final product.

This way you avoid desperation, self destruction and disappointment.

Word of advice:

Avoid the negative D word in your life, it only causes Death!


Solution:

Contribute one minute of patience a day, that will make a difference.

Nope I'm simply talking about the whole of SA in general as far as this industry is concerned.

This solution I'm referring to is simply called "MEDITATION". Breathe in and out and take a moment to yourself before you jump the off the cliff. I'm a lightworker who deals with ENERGY. If I'm speaking in parables then no one will get the message.


Cape Towns market is doing just fine. I'm doing pretty good, others are doing good as well. We have visitors coming and going. We getting rain again now more so often, the grassfields are getting greener, the waves are dancing. Competition is always there (not that I mind challenges, after all what's life without that), everything is not rosy as everyone experiences ups and downs. So there's more than enough to be grateful for. I'm chilled dear!

Try it (meditation), it will work wonders for you too.
