I think it's naive when punters try to draw parallels between this industry and any other. "Marketing strategies" and "customer service" - who the fuck you kidding.
Literacy is not a requirement for this industry and the lack thereof is the reason many of the ladies are in the industry in the first place.
Ladies, don't for one second believe that I'm saying that illeracy or lack of education equal stupidity 'cos it's not.

Drawing parallels between this industry and every other industry is anything but naive. Marketing strategy and customer service is what makes this industry. If a lady doesn't market herself properly and her customer service is off then a lady will not survive in this industry.

Look at Stormpie with her competition threads. Look at Chasidy with her erotic writing and wild ideas. Look at Miss V engaging on the forum. Read Arizonas' comment again. This is to name just a few. This is what is called marketing.

Who the fuck are we kidding with customer service? Don't know about you, but I will stay away from anyone with poor reviews and I will not "take one for the team" so in essence customer service is paramount in this industry or at least for me it is.

Lastly I get where you come from with the lack of literacy comment, but there are many ladies on this site with varsity qualifications and other qualifications. Being in this industry just proved more fruitful to them.

Suppose it depends on who you visit and what your own levels of literacy are as well as what you deem acceptable for yourself.

There are over 800 ladies profiles in Gauteng on ESA.
Now I admit that I'm sucking this number out of my thump but that the very most 50 ladies and venues engage punters on this forum. So then what about the 750+ other ladies. This isnt a WhatsApp / SMS thread, but 80% +_ of all the ladies that I had the pleasure of meeting was purely arranged by WhatsApp, SMS or PM....no call made. Even WhatsApped when at the gate or door. Heard her voice the first time when she open the door.

I dont try to say that everybody or even somebody has to do it....just saying it worked for me....

Depends. Given I'm black, WhatsApp is less of a boon (not only do I sound white, apparently I "type white" too), unless a relationship is already established. Plus, I'm sure many girls would understand, that phone call determines a lot (chemistry, classiness, trust, determination, and can even in some cases be foreplay).
