I recently visited the guest house in Bryanston and I was greeted by a person who looks nothing like the pics... the pics are from January 2020 and they are used as the latest set. It's misleading to post pics that look nothing like the advertisers. I know some venues do throw whatever girl is available when the one you came for is busy but still that's fraudulent. I also question this thing if people allowed to have many simultaneous profiles.

Have you posted a review? You have recourse you know. And you will probably find other punters have had the same experience as you but didn't review as well. If one had posted a review you may have avoided this situation. So likewise if you dont review the next punter experinces the same as you did.

ESA had a very strict policy regarding new picture sets but due to the advertiser's non-complacence/non-copperation, ESA scraped the policy and decided to let the advertisers decide on what is best for their business. If you are being misled it's by the advertiser not ESA we are not an agency we are an advertising platform.

If you arrive at a venue and they provide you with someone different, you can simply say no thank you and walk away, its called bait and switch.

ESA has provided the facilities for you to leave a comment on the advertiser or venue profile, and we urge you to use it as it could assist the next person with making an informed decision.

You punt at your own risk it all on you not ESA as they say, they are an advertising platform are you going blame the newspaper too that you chose to browse in for something that went wrong with a sale???

@Rickwell false advertising is not acceptable. Outside ESA it's actually a prosecutable crime. It is in the best interest of ESA to ensure that the people I. The pics on their platform are who they claim to be. You can't condone fraudulent behavior on the basis you assert above.

I did leave a review. I know for a fact that other punters have faced the same problem at that establishment. It seems like they use 2 girls to create profiles used by all the girls in the establishment. So you may be lucky to see the girl in the pics or just endup with some other random pick from their pool of girls. I would never leave a spiteful review or unfairly victimize a WG. If anything I always leave honest reviews and I give due praise where it applies. But this is venue is a red flag for me. I dont see myself back there again.
