I agree. ..for me answering each and every SMS and PM..it takes alot of time. Rather phone or if you can't reach me leave a msg.
I want to talk to my clients so I can judge by his voice if I would make a booking with him or not.

So here is my reasoning, you won't take 5 min of your time (and that would probably be about 20 whatsapps at say less than R1) for a potential client???

FFS don't go out into the big world! People pay reps to spend their whole day out there trying to succumb sales and then you spend hours/days costing it, then you lose the contract/job or service!

And you guys cry for a few sms/WhatsApp, agh shame!

Really? Come on porratjie....And phone calls and entertaining clients in between? I don't screw for airtime..sorry to say.

That's why I've got a life outside if ESA and don't have whatsapp on my work phone because of unwanted pics and chats.
Thats why I take calls.
If you wanna book make a call...easy as that.
1 out of 10 msg's or pm is potential clients.
The rest is just chatting about nonsens or taking up our time.
