As a Gunners fan, I'm not surprised by our performance. In solidarity with our fan base in London, we do not want to finish in the top4 this season, in the hope that the board will finally release the stubborn and ignorant Wenger for a more dynamic and success driven manager. We Gunners fans have been getting a raw deal for far too long with this french fry at the helm !

I agree it's early days. I didn't say we are going to win the league based on that performance. Both teams were missing players who would normally be starting a game, in defence and upfront. Our defending was shoddy for the goals but our attacking play was sublime especially in the second half.

As for your trip. I hope you have a great time taking in the electric atmosphere at Anfield but I don't think you will be coming home a happy chappy.

P.s I'll be looking out for the charou screaming Fok fok fok... Lol

Friendly banter between the mortal enemies, Liverpool and Man United, is not easy. The rivalry and animosity between the 2 cities goes back to the latter part of the 19th century with the building of the Manchester canal, which bypassed Liverpool port and resulted in huge job losses in Liverpool.
That rivalry grew between the respective city's two major clubs. Rivalry is actually a mild term when it comes to the two clubs.
More like animosity, hatred, loathing !
I believe it's more than 50 years since a player has been transfered directly from one club to the other.
But as we purport to be gentlemen (and the ladies) we'll try keep the banter acceptable.
