Been back and forth about whether I would review her. But I will in the spirit of making sure people make informed decisions on whether or not they want to take the plunge.

Let's start with the bad.
Made a booking.
Got asked for a deposit.
Paid (rookey error).
Booking never happened.
Lots of postponements.
Disappearances.
I insisted that if she wasn't able to honour the booking I'd rather we cancelled and I get my deposit back. She insisted and promised that she would get to me, even asked if I could pay the rest of the cash for the booking in advance at which point I refused.

Another disappearance followed amid changes of numbers and now names.

Eventually stopped trying to hold out that she was going to honour my booking and contacted esa directly.

This is where the good comes in. The owner where she works now recently settled with me through ESA to return said deposit.

From my side the issue is settled although I would have rather avoided the waste of time. From my experience the owner of the house seems trustworthy and maybe his influence may improve her service, but as for her I've only had a protracted negative experience.

Rule no. 1 never pay a deposit. Don't think you would have seen your money had it not been for esa. Will be interesting to hear her side of the story.

Sweetie if you took the deposit and did not honor the booking then you stole. It's that simple. If the said punter did not reach out through Esa office he would most likely not have received his deposit back. Judgement is Served thank you

Chanel Cell number 0765114818. This woman over the past 3 days whome i still have not seen has made 7 appointments with me. Each time i get to Little falls on the agreed apon time she calls 5min after i get there and informs me me she is sorry and going to be late can we make it for not for a few minutes later but hours later.
