I think that what Nadia is saying is simple, if you cant do the crime....you shouldnt take your time.

Rather book an hour then if free willy doesnt want to blow in the 1st fifteen mins, its fair on the punter and fair on the SP from financial as well as a satisfaction perspective.

Even though The opposite is also true. If the lady cannot deliver the service in time she should not offer the service, I do agree with pay for time and nor for services rendered.
