Dear TVGUY, first of all, thanks for not awarding me all < 3s as most disgruntled punters do when throwing their toys out of their cots.

I can understand your disappointment and subsequent rage. Please allow me to explain my side of the story.

You called me on Friday evening (7/7/23) whilst I was out shopping, which I 100% told you. You demanded to know how long I would be doing my shopping. I gave you a "rough estimate".

My phone usually gets muted during shopping. I was home by 19H30. I now have 2 work numbers (MTN/VODACOM) due to the unreliability of the networks and calls being dropped, leading to loss of prospective business. I have a pvt. VODACOM number which is used to buzz visitors in at my security gate. Nobody turned up at gate while I was out. If an actual appointment was made, my pvt. number would show a missed call from the gate, but there is no missed call from the gate.

"Has a habit of making appointments then ghosting". I understand that you are upset, but that is no reason to lie. When have I ever made an appointment with you and not honoured it? I challenge you or any client (prospective or otherwise) to confirm that I have EVER not honoured a CONFIRMED booking.

Admittedly, there seems to be some miscommunication from both sides in this particular instance. If you are willing to call me so that we can make amends for this misunderstanding, I will welcome your call.
