So made an appointment via WA with this girl. Should have known better after reading the fairly ambivalent comments here. She informed me that I must call her from Gill Street in Table View just before the appointment time - so not Blouberg. Quoted R1500. When I called her 5 minutes before the appointment, she did not answered the WA call but subsequently answered the phone call. She said I must call back in 15 minutes. I asked if I should wait in Gill road or come to the address, she shouted "I'm Busy" and put the phone down. I called back in about 20 minutes and she just killed the call. So I can only rate her politeness, telephone manners and attitude which is a 0 - the rest I assume are the same given het attitude. Please consider a ban on her.

Chantel almost always handles the phone calls and bookings. She has a bad rep and can be rude over the phone.
