There should be no reason to ban you if you mention the name of a SP with an ACTIVE ad.
Many get away with far worse and You certainly wouldn't be banned without reason.

Oh no! Well this one's actually had multiple profiles, all in the same area. Must've taken the alternate down when someone implied they were basically robbed at gunpoint.
As long as you got away safely, turned around at the door without being threatened for cancellation fees.. I'd say you're better off
