But to be pedantic on definitions ...

Cheating has two definitions

1) To gain an unfair advantage. Unless you in competition with your wife on whose having the most sex, this doesn't apply. If you are in competition, then you cheating by paying for sex.

2) Avoid something undesirable by luck or skill. By this definition, Kommerq is wrong. If you are caught, ie you didn't avoid the undesirable event, it can't be asserted that you cheated. As long as you not caught, you cheated/ cheating/ avoiding the undesirable event.
