I found the sms's and they tell the whole truth. You have been a very bad boy [ Name removed by Esa Admin ] You have told very ugly lies about me and the manner in which I conduct my business. My msgs to you in both occasions are exactly as I have explained. I request confirmation of time via SMS. Then we agree on a time it is only at that point that I send my address. I have many reasons as to why I do it and this is how it has always been.

Your false accusations has influenced the opinions of others and you have attempted to influence my reputation in a negative way for what reason?!

I have checked my phns history for Thursday 2 May 2019. The date you refer to in your previous msg and attachment in which you further implicate yourself is attached below.

You were so kind to send me a msg after our first meeting which you claim didn't take place on the 2 May at 11:45am. In that msg you thanked me for that session and you said you will be seeing me in the near future.... And then we did confirm another booking on the 13th of June for 2:15pm (sms attached below) but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to fulfill this commitment and here is the whole truth with evidence for those who give a damn.

So for the record the first booking that [ Name removed by Esa Admin ] is referring to took place on Thursday 2 May 2019 at 11:45am as per the un edited msgs attached that include his msg that was deleted from his attachment.

On Thurs the 13 June I confirmed a booking for 2:15pm with [ Name removed by Esa Admin ]. I was forced to cancel at the last minute as I received a call and then a msg from my girlfriend saying that she had a emergency and needed to talk to me urgently. (For the record this is not a regular occurrence and in an emergency I think canceling was not ideal but justified in my opinion. I had the decency to call [ Name removed by Esa Admin ] immediately to cancel and explain my personal situation. I apologised to which he responded with something along the lines of. It's ok he understands.

I then put my phn off and when I had the opportunity to put my phn on again I sent him a msg at 16:16pm which read: "I am so
sorry!!!!"

At 16:25pm He replied: "Its fine I'll have to see you another time then"

I assume it was this day of disappointment that has caused him to fabricate a story. But was this enough reason to be nasty and lie? Post my address for the world to see? Is canceling at the last minute unprofessional business practice? Yes, are we able to make an exception in a case of an emergency and forgive the person for the disappoint as this could not have been anticipated.
Maybe his assumption is that I wasn't being truthful. I communicated and apologised. I am not responsible for what others choose to think or believe of me. I am only responsible for my truth, my actions and the way I communicate.

Why would I want revenge? For starters you requested the sms and I complied? This was also the only time I contacted you. I did not visit you before that. You clearly have me mistaken with another person? As the sms was sent way before 2nd May 2019. I don't know how a 32 year old is considered a boy particularly by someone around your age?

Also the bottom attachment was deleted by me because I sent you 3 messages later where you did not respond and I got annoyed. That is the reason why its removed, it would have made no sense to leave that there as its not the point I was trying to prove.

This post serves to inform you and is not a response to Jamescock.

I was not able to defend myself and prove with the evidence that the accusation made by Jamescock are unfounded.

I chose to respond not only in an attempt to protect my reputation but to also expose the lies with evidence of the truth. Jamescock has malicious intent for reasons unknown to me.

My posts of the sms exchange was removed by esa because it displayed his number. His identity is protected through the policies of esa yet my address was made public by him for 3 days and only removed this morning after I reported the post. I feel that given his blatant disregard for the protection of my identity and jeopardising my safety and security there should have been an exception.


I refuse to engage with him and his libelous comments.

I will not give him the power to violate me through his actions online.

The SMS's are with esa and I have requested that they advocate on my behalf by confirming that what he has said about me and his version of the events are not true.

Any other volunteers to advocate? Evidence available on request to substantiate....#joke sorry not sorry. Ofcourse that would be unethical!

What matters is that the ones who matter know me and will not be influenced. To those who dont know me, you have the option to get the truth from me. It is your right as a consumer to know the truth in order to make an informed decision. Lol...

I apologize for only responding to you now, I have been doing an extensive investigation regarding this matter that you have brought to our attention.

I have spoken to Jamescock and got his version of the story, while he still denies seeing you in May I have concluded that he did in fact see you as you have stated.

I am not sure why he would deny seeing you as it has no relevance to this situation, it does, however, make him an individual who holds no credibility now.

up for the appointment regardless of your reason reasons.

I believe this situation could have been dealt with differently and the outcome should have been a compromising one where you apologized again for cancelling and ask for the opportunity to rectify.

If I had to act directly on the policy Jamescock would be banned for listing your address and you would be banned for listing his number.

I feel no good will come from this and maybe it's best you see this as a learning experience, do not avail your self to be working if you are not certain of your availability, as much as your time is precious and valuable I am certain you would agree that so is your potential clients.

You and I both know that there is a lot of time waster around but my feeling has always been that we create good clients by setting uncompromising standards.
