Sorry to hear this. I think if you do a Sim swap he won't be able load these pics on the number or whatsapp after that. I think this for starters.

Im so sorry that you had to encounter such a awful ordeal,
Thats not a nice thing to happen tp anyone.
If possible perhaps go and report the phones stolen and mayne block the nr.
Also of you working in a facility where there is camera surveillance, perhaps youd maybe want to have a look and get a registration number then take it further with the police that way you can most likely let other ladies know aswell what to look out FOR.

Again im sorry for what you went through love,

Sending hugs
be safe

If all this stuff confuses you "it does that to me), go to your service provider and ask a tech guy to track it and shut it down.

That is awful. Very sorry about that.

First thing you should do is do the SIM swap and open WhatsApp on your new phone. That way, he will be blocked from even going into the WhatsApp as the OTP will be coming to you. I say that first because it's easy peazy which I learnt when a phone was stolen recently. Just buy (or get free like I did at the Cell C shop) a new SIM and visit/call the network provider. They'll ask you a few security questions and the number will immediately be disconnected from the stolen one and activated on your side within a day. This really should have been done before posting here honestly since they now scamming your clients while it's left alone.

Next thing is go open up the case of theft. This is a real thing now and was even on Carte Blanche so they taking the scamming seriously and will investigate and most likely actually catch the guy since he didn't just wipe it and sell it like a normal phone their but is using it with your number and WhatsApp and the phone location and tower triangulation etc so he actually made it very easy for them to catch him.

Just blocking the number as mentioned above won't affect his WhatsApp and access so he can still be posing as you and contacting clients and since the number is blocked, you'll have no way of decommissioning it. That only makes it worse for you since your picture and communication is available to a scammer and most guys will avoid you so get that SIM swap done and WhatsApp back.

If the phone has a find me feature, try and wipe the memory clean remotely. At least all media and conversations will be wiped and he'll have to re-register WhatsApp to get back in which hopefully by then you'll have your SIM swap done.

Make sure you have passwords etc on your new phone and clear messages after seeing clients etc going forward.

It has happened to me aswell, about 2 months ago, I had to change my password, the scammers phoned me, telling me that I have stole a bracelet and a chain, I told them, give me a police ID number and I will meet them at the station, nothing happened, it's all a scam, not only are the client's at risk but our lovely ladies aswell, we also have a private life xoxo
