Good directions and patient when directing. Got to the townhouse and entered the room and she had no sooner said hey and she answered the phone. Started giving directions to the next client. Continued with the deed and continued taking calls and directing the next client continually while on the job (couldn't believe it!!) Next client was coming in the other side door as I was leaving from the other side. Not a rude person ... just doesnt have a clue on how to deal with clients.
