She is a friendly lady with great telephone manners. I struggled to find the place because I do not know the suburb well but she directed me well without being rude. In person she is even more friendly her hands knows where to press to make you relax she is a must for a sore body. Venue needs little upgrade but yet again the venue is not giving the message. Thank you brandy.
