Just visited Kate now. I'm sorry if this sounds negative but I'm being honest-

Forgot to mention that I called and booked. Then when I was 2 minutes away called and told her I was 2 minutes away. When I got there I called and her phone was off! Tried a few times and it was off. I got through to th receptionist's number instead...
