So I just had a 'not so pleasant' booking experience with this lady.

A couple of weeks ago I booked her for a session then something came up on her side and she had to cancel. As she told me beforehand I completely understood. So this weekend I tried to book her and I will admit something's got in the way, but I constantly told her way before our booking time and was very upfront with telling her that I'm still. Then she sends me a message telling me to 'delete her number' and she 'knows what I'm doing'. Very rude messages as well, I understand she probably deals with a lot of time wasters but its not a way to treat punters.

You enquired den confirm time which was 12:00 but 12 you texted me saying 14:00, but at 14:00 you were running late saying 14:30 i waited while loosing clients then you postpone to 15:00 as i thought this was the last time you called and day 15:30 dats when i said NO!! You expect me to wait for you the entire day. I still have our WhatsApp Chats i cancelled you after postponing 4 times sir.
