30 minutes into an hour booking, I was told there is 10 mins left. I'm so disappointed that she'd try to deceitful, so when I check her on that apparently I'm rude.

I drove 50kms to see this person, I got to her address her phone was off, i made an appointment!! Got there on time!! ESA should do something about such people it’s unfair that one drive 100kms return for nothing!!
