Initially I almost left the place without entering as they don't have an automated gate so you tend to look a bit suspicious waiting for 5 - 10 minutes for someone to come and open the gate...and the house does look unkempt i.e. fly by night operation, but the girl makes up for it...daaamn does she make up for it!
