I've got some bad news and some good news for you.
The bad news is that our Supplier that we get our stock from was out of stock with the 32inch. We do not know how to apologise to you.
But instead Eddie got you a 40inch Full HD LCD Television.
Your prize is ready for collection. Please phone me before you come through.

Fail - the guy was promised a 32". If I was him I'd refuse the alternative and just give it away to somebody... I need a television...
