I agree that a 5 must be the exception instead of the norm. But if I use my interpretation of the scoring I will negatively influence the score of an exceptional girl?

No it won't.
Explain in the (mandatory) text why you give the various ratings, and the points (any, also a 1) will just be added to the total.
This is as per current a running total, it just simply adds up - there's no 'resetting' or 'averaging' built-in yet, hence there's some problems regarding this on their way I think.
But I agree with the OP & you, a '5' is to be used for exceptional cases only - and they're very rare...
