Well I guess Id read the forums to get a feel for the ladies who offer great service, and then call them and discuss it with them? I guess that whatever problem you have, they have seen it all before :P Also look for the ladies who offer a sensual full hour service - then I guess they will not care how long it takes you to get hard....

Firstly you are not alone. I deal with this on many levels and any other problems caused by surgery, eg prostate cancer etc. As long as you are open and honest I can try to understand and help.

Well if you want specifics, then I would say "the unmentionable girl in Houghton whose name starts with the letter after "U", advertises on ST" could help? I guess my point is that its not really such a big deal - from what I hear a LOT of guys either struggle getting it up (although few are honest), and then some guys cum really quick and the ladies feel sorry for them and coax them into a second round :P

So my advice is to find somebody on this site who you like, and then I am almost 90% certain that they could help you out; as opposed to thinking that only certain specific ladies could help out....

Edit_ 90% of the ladies with a solid reputation; I guess you will get those who will be like: "Sorry I tried, now Ima keep your cash :P" But those ladies are rubbish anyway, and should be avoided by even the stiffest members :P
