I think its still relevant....
I have done it a couple times and the girls have appreciated not doing the FH. Price was not reduced, but the booking was extended to multiple HJ/Covered BJ and extra 30 minutes at not extra cost.
It was suitable for both of us, I needed some sensous company without sex and the girl needed business and possibly wanted to spend nice time without getting messy....lol
If its not about sex, then its about company and good times. So, make sure you do this at your hotel and serve some really nice wine to set the mood.
