So I just finished a session with this beauty and WOW! Phone manner was OK. The venue is an apartment but it is shared and during the session could hear the other occupant turn on and watch TV. Really disappointed because I travelles to come see Zen and she didn't answer or respond to any of my calls and left me outside. I'm of the belief that Zen is the best that esa has but this isn't the first time she's done something like this. Perhaps she didn't want to see me (did not seem very welcoming on the phone) but I'll never know. For those of you that actually get to spend time with her , you'll love every second of it be weary that this could happen to you too.
