It is a cosmopolitan type area but I haven't seen any upmarket accommodation there yet that any ladies have used. It is quite centralized so is close to most areas in PE. Should be relatively decent value for money.....

I certainly don't think there is any decent accommodation in Richmond Hill. It is also quite a busy area during the day with its array of coffee shops and fast food outlets. Any idea what you are looking at there?

I would rather recommend Humewood or Summerstrand area, it's safer, tourist friendly, the beach is there and abit more to do. Chat to the other girls aswell that have visited PE for some more recommendations.
