These are draconian measures. I'd like to see them enforce this with the poor communities
It seems like the SA government is getting advised by the Chinese government.

Government can't enforce simple city bylaws.

I would like to see them enforce these. Any budget allocated for this purpose will be looted before it can come into effect.

LOL, not going to happen

I got pulled over by Metro police driving back from Carletonville. I opened my window and put on my mask and told the lady that I was Covid positive ( I am fully vaccinated because of international travel)

It was the fastest that I have seen a Metro cop jump back and tell me to leave

[QUOTE;3544208;Victoria] Wow are they serious? Has this been made official law?

Not law yet, the public has until 15 April to comment on the proposed regulations. You can object to these by registering your opposition...Google how to do it.

Another control measure by the State, it has got fuckall to do with health but a lot to do with controlling the population...

So if you refuse tests or vaccinations they can basically legally imprison you? Like in an internment camp? Oh wow! Damn I'm feeling all rebellious and stuff now.

It's time to go live underground or in the mountains. Lol
