Guy calls from: 063 176 1682 Claim to be Andrew van der Byl. Gave him shit, hung up then blocked me. Fact is I only contacted 2(two) girls in Centurion the last month if not longer

It is not neccesary that its from those 2 ladies. It could be anybody you contacted since you started.
Could be the security guard at a complex where they take details when entering.
Just so many possibilities, that makes its extremely difficult to pinpoint them

Ja never write down your real name and phone number when security asks you. Also don't give your driving licence. Gotta protect yourself
