THIS here is always a concern

There are many properties that are significantly in areas with rates etc, and you've never heard of raids. There's court process by which judgement could be obtained and the property attached, people evicted and sold. This is a sheriff process. The houses are probably not even occupied by the owners. The more likely reason they were raided is for not paying off the police which is what houses do or else life will become difficult. If they had been paying they would not have been raided by police. I've always thought it would be a good venture to open up a massage venue and put some reputable girls in. However, the other side that entails dealing with the police and paying your "respects" every month is unfortunately a reality of the business and is not something that appeals to my risk appetite.
