Chem friendly - means Not opposed to, neutral about, or actively-interested in the (usually mutual) use of illicit substances (ranging from "poppers" to marijuana..... Etc...

In the past ESA Admin use to throw a shit fit when someone promoted the use of "illicit substances". I hope they do the same in this instance. Whether youre a member of the LGBTQIA or whatever.
