Deposit forfeited as I was up at 5 to get ready and heated the room and oils. What a waste of time and energy. ;(
In the past I use to resceduled for clients without keeping their deposits for the missed appointment, but no more. Especially when you don't cancel before the time and only as a after though hours later send me a text with a really "watery" excuse;)
I think I might just maybe get back in bed , in my already heated, and maybe make warm cups of coffee now and then, read forum, watch some nonsense on Netflix order in breakfast/lunch and JUST BE for the rest of the day!!

You right sometimes a wake-up call is nessesary to get them back in line.
This particular gentleman had to start paying deposits because of his sloppy time keeping when showing for appointments or sometimes cancelling at last minute.
For months it went well he always made his appointments, then last two times he cancelled on short notice (back to his old ways) and I just resceduled for him not making a fuzz about it.
But today was just the last straw. I find it unbelievably disrespectful and like he is taking kindness for weakness. Like I will just always be nice and rescedule again.

It's very frustrating and I find it highly disrespectful to be honest.
Hope we get a chance to meet for a drink may be when I'm in Cape Town, you seem like a friendly lady...
