If you have pre-existing heart conditions, high or low blood pressure etc, it certainly is. Just like any other PDE inhibitors like Viagra/Kamagra etc, it should not be taken without doctors involvement.
If you a regular Joe and healthy overall though with no heart complications, it's generally good for you without any negative complications or side effects, not just for boners.
