What is the position of the law on this type of service?
Do venues where strict sensual/erotic massage with no full house is offered get pestered by corrupt cops for bribes like some venues where F/h is offered ?
Would the state have a winnable case against someone who runs/does erotic/sensual massage?

So under the law any sexual act performed in exchange for money is considered sex work and is still illegal.
Cops though usually don't go out of their way to look for places or girls that are operating any kind of sex work, and even after getting several tipoffs or complaints about a specific venue by neighbours etc they will still very rarely get up and go check it out unless there is bribery afoot.
However that being said it is absolutely still always better to be safe and continue to err on the side of caution when it comes to discretion and just being smart! Xx

They can do nothing, even when finding you and the girl naked.
The police need to proof (i.e. caught you in the act of exchanging money for sex). Without that, it is just sex between consenting adults. You only need half a decent lawyer to tell them they have no case against you, if they found you at an address of ill repute. :-)
So relax. Very unlikely police will be your problem. (And probably why police does not really pursue this).
What you should be concerned about is your significant other/family/friends hearing about this.
And that is why scammers make money off punters.
