One of mine is when I visit a new MG and I catch her giving me "the once over" and as her eyes rest on my groin her mouth makes an "o" shape and her eye brows lift slightly, and she realizes that she has been bust and she blushes

Perhaps, if it's a capital O it's because you are so big and if it's a small o it's when she feels sorry for you?
