Gold members have the extra option to give the lady an overall score out of 5.
All the scores a lady gets are tallied for the month, ladies with top 10 highest scores by end of the month win.

It's just the start of the month so all scores reset to zero. Not sure if they are listed alphabetically or are linked to last month's winners.

Not all ladies are regularly visited by gold members and as such are lower "ranked". They may be just as good as a Top 10 lady so ranking is not the determining factor, your level of enjoyment of a lady's service is. ;-)
