I am so terribly sorry I missed you while you were up.

To one of the classiest ladies I know, I just wanted to stay true to Leo Season and wish you all the abundance and blessings that you already have, may they multiply ten fold in the year ahead.

Guys Claudia reached out to me when I was actually going through the most and she parted some incredibly wise words, which I will always hold dear. The entire call I was just absolutely blown away by this woman's wisdom and eventually I started jotting down some notes because I really took in what she was saying.

This is also an appreciation post.

In closing, here is something Claudia said that completely changed my life:

"External boundaries one can not hold another accountable for crossing your boundary if you have not verbalized it.
Internal boundary is space you hold within yourself, your aura."
