So I was reading this exchange between a punter and a WG whose relationship seems to have gone beyond the booking. And now it's a mess of he said/she said. He's exposing her relationship with a fellow punter and she's exposing his government name.

As someone who has become personal with a WG before, heck I dated one. My advice to anyone here is to keep it professional. This is a business and no she doesn't like you. It may seem like she likes you, trust me she doesn't. Just because she makes you feel special, doesn't mean she likes you. Don't get personal, don't be giving out your government name, don't be taking her to meet your friends, don't get comfortable. This is a business and we're here to have fun. Don't get personal.

Yep I saw this as well. It's a tale as old as time I dont know why the broers fall for it every single time

Got to admire the man's honesty. Went into detail about taking an SP to a padel game with his friends.

Only a matter of time before one of his mates sees this.

Gents really don't think things through, I've seen punters message SPs with their FULL government name and surname, profile pictures of their wives and kids etc.

Agreed! Although I have a few sp's I have soft personal spot for, I became too familiar with one and it didn't end well. It defeats the entire purpose of why we punt in any event. She started being a royal pain in the ass like a typical girlfriend would be. When I brought this to her attention (in the most measured way), she blew her top. Never again.

Way too personal. That kind of stuff is not for the forum, that didnt sound like a punt.

Most of us have probably had arrangements with WGs. Most of us probably had them end dramatically. Not many of us bring that heat to the forum.

We all have stories but some things are not a forum matter honestly.

Many of us have had similar arrangements with WG but you right. Keep it as professional as possible even though it seems like things an extra special for you. Also if things go south don't bring it back here to the purple forum. Just take the L in silence because if you think you are exposing her she will expose you right back. If she can drop your government name imagine what else she can expose...

Having said that I wouldn't be surprised if these two make up. I sense a bit of deep feelings there..

I always say that one should bring their dirty laundry here thinking that they have the upper hand.

It's unfortunate to say this, but there are service providers out there with nothing to lose. They will bring your whole house down especially if they are of the view that you want to maintain a certain image to your peers, friends and family.

And in this digital age, you will trend on social media for days.

If you blurred the lines, walk away quietly and continue booking other ladies and keep things tidy.

We don't need all this drama at the end of the day.
