I'm struggling to decide. There are some scorchers that ESA has hooked me up with but there are also some mingers who have brought the overall average down, chicks I would have not noticed on the street.
Back when it wasn't do mainstream, there kinda a level of looks that one needed and a level of service that had to be provided for a girl to be successful in this industry.
Now it's free for all. Anything with a vag can post an ad and the punters have also deteriorated so they accept anything with a vag so there's no barrier to entry in terms of being good looking or being fit and sexy.
With the photo edited and AI in the mix on top, it's easy for a lump of coal to show up as a brilliant cut diamond in the photoshoots. Lucky with your hook-ups, you get to see first if in person so you obviously will hook up with hotter women since you picked them and not a case of "I've already driven here so..."
Or if you meet online, you can scroll their socials and find real pics before committing to a hook-up or even have a video call without hearing a bitch fit or asked for payment or told privacy excuses.
No two-ways about it. Definitely hotter chicks on hook-up in the real world if you're not too useless to get it.

Naturally, the numbers would be skewed because the majority of advertisers on here don't show their faces. You can't compare it to the "real world" where you have the benefit of seeing how a lady looks from head to toe even though they are clothed.
That said, I've been lucky with my bookings since I've started using the site with the help of a small circle of trusted punters.

Don't underestimate the power of lighting. It does wonders with pictures and there's no need to photoshop.

There is 100% photoshop being applied by ESA.
A while back I had a booking where the woman's skin was just pure gold on the ad and when I got there it honestly looked like she had been attacked by 1000 fleas or something. Apparently a permanent skin condition. We spoke about it and she agreed, they went a bit too far with the photoshop and she'd chat to them about toning it down on her next ad. A week later she was gone for good.
A year or so ago on one of the forum threads I noticed there was a lady with 2 belly buttons, both with the same belly ring in. After pointing that out, a week later there was a new set of photos and the others were deleted.
So yeah, they photoshop. Sometimes it's just the light stuff like tattoos, sometimes it's way more.

You need to update your knowledge. Perhaps they don't for you coz, yours aren't too far from the truth but we see the difference every damn day and can guarantee you that ain't a shoot and direct upload. Maybe they pay extra but it most definitely is happening.
What you referring too was a long ago rule on ESA that led to it being trusted and credible as we were assured that what we saw is what we got apart from the identifying tattoos that you mentioned but this has been long forgotten. There are ebony chicks looking white. There are white ladies looking Indian. There are elephants looking like gazelles. Their analogue routers looking like fiber WiFi. There are deflated water balloons filled with helium. Cows have four stomachs but on ESA they have one.

These are all very important points though. I've also resorted to taking a 5 face rating with a pinch of salt. A slightly more reliable indication of a pretty woman is multiple reviews explicitly stating she's beautiful/pretty etc but it's not perfect.
4 ratings should be seen as a good thing. 3 should be average. 5 should be exceptional ideally.
