So you were delegated to an incompetent receptionist. It happens all the time in real life.

Receptionist is really in terms of the hierarchy just above the cleaners, and even below the delivery person.

So it makes sense that you felt degraded.


While in reality , the first contact person that you speak to at a company is the receptionist. Mostly.

That first contract is so important.

My first visit to Rachel was at Scarlet's. Phew the receptionist is a total bitch, not just on the phone but in person as well. When she seen the gift I brought for the lady (after the booking) she changed her tone

Similar experience with them - don't even bother to phone them anymore -

I feel for good ladies tainted by bad house mates

First time visit to Scarlet's Place about 2 weeks ago with a follow up last week again.

I had to complete opposite experience. Receptionist was friendly and both bookings were confirmed within 5 minutes of my request.
Followup communication and instructions on WhatsApp was quick and precise. Even when the main gate had an issue last week, I received a text with the address of the back gate asking to use such.

It is sad to read these bad experiences but I for one cannot share in these as I've only received friendly and professional service from Scarlett Place. Will definitely be back this week for another relaxing massage

This no excuse to lack off manners over the phone. The are men that are rude that you automatically start being a bitch to everyone. I'm sorry for that experience
