Responsible for the entire sales back-office process and providing full support to the Country Sales Manager.
Degree or diploma in business studies with relevant practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same field
Very high customer service orientation and service provider mentality.
Well versed in coordination, follow ups, excellent in MS Office.
Strong Knowledge and experience in using SAP will be preferred.
Self-organized individual with high degree of individual responsibility and self-motivation.
Strong communication skills, a team player with coordinating skills and assertiveness.
Multi-tasking with good analytical skills.
Ability to work across a multi-functional organization.
Excellent command in English -- both oral and written.
Knowledge of INCO Terms.
Legal resident in South Africa with valid permit to work in the country
